Our families arrive frightened, stressed and in need of care and support. With your help, we can take care of the essential items they need and give them a reason to smile. The items you donate to support our Chapter make a difference to thousands of families every year. Here are a few ways you can help!
Please note: we are unable to accept used items of any kind due to the immune-compromised conditions of our guests. Thank you for understanding.
Wish List

Pull Tabs​
Collecting pull tabs can make a difference.​
By collecting the aluminum tabs from your soda, you help care for children receiving much-needed medical treatment. This is an easy and fun project that many of our local schools have been supporting for years. Individuals and families are welcome to join in the fun!
Quilts for our Cincinnati House
Quilts bring comfort, and our guest families need that more than ever and knowing they were made by our community of volunteers offers a different kind of comfort and support. Quilts also serve as treasured mementos of time spent here at our House.
Quilts are for children from babies to young adults. They must be cotton and machine sewn and bound. Sizes range from 40″x 40″ to twin size. Your imagination is the limit, but we do not use religious themes as families come from around the world. Secular holidays are ok.

Vehicle Donations
Donate your vehicle to support our families.​
When you donate your car, truck, boat, RV or motorcycle to Ronald McDonald House Southwest Ohio, you’re supporting our mission to keep families close. Proceeds from the sale of your vehicle may be tax deductible and can:
- Provide a warm, comfortable bedroom to a family who has traveled thousands of miles seeking care for their critically ill child
- Feed 177 families who are weary from long days at the hospital
- Give families an environment where they have the emotional and physical support they need as they face enormous challenges.
